Enlighteneering, Inc. (ENL) was founded in 2001 with a clear purpose -- to strengthen leaders, teams, and organizations that serve the public . We bring together deep federal leadership experience, proven coaching expertise, and practical understanding of how to translate ideas into results.
Today, we partner with federal agencies and organizations to develop leaders, build leadership capability, and solve complex challenges through coaching, strategic advisory services and targeted solutions.
